Deeptech Startups
Deep tech has been a designated area for investment since the inception of the technology sector. Deep technology, which generally refers to technologies not centred on end-user services, includes artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain, advanced material science, photonics and electronics, biotech, and quantum computing. To support these entrepreneurs and join this network, top deeptech startups, incubators, and venture capital firms banded together. As with many other industries, its popularity has changed as a result of outside factors. During the years when the pace of technology adoption began to pick up, under-the-radar deep tech began to lose its reputation even more as consumer-friendly products, services, and other expensive applications gained popularity.
